We survived the Tsunami!
Saturday morning we were told to evacuate and being the stubborn person that I am, I didnt want to. I somehow felt safe in my house upstairs and knew we would be ok but friends who love us told us to leave so we went to my mother in laws house in the middle of the island. We waited for 6 hours and watched the news and nothing happened. Thank you to all our friends who were praying for us and left messages of love and concern. It is a blessing of course that nothing happened, but we were annoyed at having done nothing all day. So, we went swimming at Pounders in the afternoon and had a great time. Here's a few photos of the girls.

i know everyone felt like the day was wasted but it could have been something and i don't want to lose anyone else so just be happy it was nothing!! kana was worried about you!
I'm happy nothing happened. I listened to the KOH news all day. I love you guys. And I'm happy you're happy!
yes, we survivied it and though the morning was oh-so-boring, i'm glad you guys were able to get in some afternoon beach time ;-)
