Yesterday morning I was hanging out with Makana at the beach while Amber was doing a photo shoot there. I showed him how my clothes are all baggy now so he snapped this photo. That morning, we were in a hurry so I quickly grabbed this pair of pants and a belt. It hadn't worn these pants for months, so it was a nice surprise to see that they don't fit me. YAY!!! Sacrifice does pay off. If only I can keep it off.

It looks great and your hard work is paying off! When you emailed me and said you only eat a grapefruit and herbal tea for breakfast, I was shocked, but it's sure showing and you look amazing!
